Enjoy Life Foods
For over six years, Fulton May Solutions has worked with gluten-free, non-GMO, allergy-friendly food products company Enjoy Life Foods, managing their network and server environments. Recently, Enjoy Life Foods (ELF) brought a new challenge for our tech team to resolve. Recognized for their products worldwide, their growth led to the need to expand production capacity.
While they transitioned their production facility and home office from Indiana to Illinois, Fulton May completely redesigned their existing network to a cloud-based platform enabling multi-site management—and kept the company successfully functioning online throughout the entire relocation process.

Blue Plate Catering
With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Blue Plate Catering is Chicago’s premier catering company and the city’s first Green Certified Caterer. As an award-winning business, Blue Plate quickly outgrew its initial office space. In 2016, they made the move to an 80,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility, all while transitioning 200 employees and keeping business activities online during their busiest season. Minimizing downtime while maximizing uptime was a top priority.
Fulton May Solutions had managed Blue Plate’s technical support for several years, performing maintenance, monitoring, and full managed IT support. When Blue Plate decided to move their operations to a new facility, they trusted us with planning and carrying out the move of their company’s infrastructure. It was a complex process that took place during one of Blue Plate’s busiest seasons and was met with several unforeseen challenges. Our team was able to get their new system up and running quickly and effectively, which is why we continue to be Blue Plate’s trusted technology partner today.

Reed Construction
Reed Construction is a family-owned, full-service general contractor with extensive capabilities in project management, field supervision, and design build. Established in 1893, they create and implement high quality, innovative construction solutions for its clients.
The team at Reed Construction became concerned about their current level of disaster preparedness and wanted to ensure their Chicago location’s production servers ran without interruption. The Fulton May team helped them identify the scope of their goals and concerns, then developed a plan to set up a disaster recovery hot site in Washington D.C. We completed the full implementation of this hot site, which replicates Reed Construction’s network and backs up all their servers.
